The WFLA have two annual competitions, the WFLA League Champions Cup and the WFLA Inter League Cup:
- The WFLA Inter League Cup is by invitation to leagues who are members of the WFLA.
- The WFLA League Champions Cup is by invitation to teams who are the preceding seasons Champions of the top division of leagues who are members of the WFLA as of 31st December.
Each 6-a-side competition covers these six age categories:
- Women’s Mixed Age: 40 or over
- Over 50s (Mixed): 50 or over
- Over 60s (Mixed): 60 or over
- Over 65s (Mixed): 65 or over
- Over 70s (Mixed): 70 or over
- Over 75’s (Mixed): 75 or over
Each competition plays to the FA’s unified Laws of Walking Football apply with no local variations.
All matches must be played on pitches that are barrier free, no caged pitches are allowed. The ‘Finals’ are played on a either a 3G or 4G pitch.
