Description
- The ‘Finals’ tournament is due to be played on Sunday 7th June 2026 at Coleshill Town FC. Further details on location etc. appears at https://wfla.org.uk/events/
- A copy of the current matchday and Competition rules can be found at https://wfla.org.uk/downloads/
- The ‘Finals’ tournament is being played on a 3G pitch. The correct footwear is Football Boots with either moulded studs or screw in studs ONLY, please note metal studs are not allowed. The following footwear is NOT permissible: Trainers, Blades or Astro turf boots or any flat soled shoes. Any person not in the correct footwear WILL NOT be permitted to enter the pitch area, this is also applicable to management/coaching staff.
- All WFLA Competitions are subject to a non-refundable competition entry fee to cover WFLA administration costs. This entry fee is reviewed and decided annually at a General Meeting specific for this purpose. In the Local League Rounds or Regional Area Rounds the costs of pitch hire, referees etc., are shared equally between the named teams on the agreed fixture date.
- We must stress that a League/Club/Team entry will not be entered into any WFLA competition draw until payment is received. Should your team qualify for the ‘Finals’ you will be notified when and where to make payment.
- Once notice of a competition is given, by either in writing or published on the WFLA website, any team failing to play a competition tie once agreed will incur a fine to compensate their opponents and the match officials for their full expenses incurred or the shared costs as previously agreed with the event organiser.
