Pitch – This tournament is being played on a 3G pitch. The correct footwear is Football Boots with either moulded studs or screw in studs ONLY, please note metal studs are not allowed. The following footwear is NOT permissible: Trainers, Blades or Astro turf boots or any flat soled shoes. Any person not in the correct footwear WILL NOT be permitted to enter the pitch area, this is also applicable to management and coaching staff.
Parking – On site limited to approx. 50 spaces. If driving to the ground, parking is usually roadside in Packington Lane but limited to one side of the road to allow emergency vehicle can still get past.
Team Entry – Notes and Requirements:
- Please bring a completed team entry form with you on the day. Failure to do so will mean players and potentially the team will be excluded on the day. See Matchday Team Entry form here.
- Photo ID (passport or driving licence) MUST be shown at the registration desk. Teams must register their completed team sheet with photo ID for checking, 30 minutes before their starting time. Failure to do so will mean players and potentially their team will be excluded on the day.
- Leagues can enter only ONE team per age category for the ‘Finals’. If a league wishes to enter more than one team per age category in this competition than can do so, but teams must play each other before the date of the ‘Finals’ to decide which team will represent the League in the ‘Finals’.
- Each registered player player shall only play for ONE team in each category throughout the duration of the tournament but may represent that team or different team in different age categories if age eligible.
Team Registration – Team Managers, please arrive at least one-half hour prior to your kick off time to allow for team registration.
Refreshments/Food – Beverages and drink will be available to purchase from the Club’s bar, which will be open on the day. The canteen will not be open, it is recommended that players bring their own food.
